We managed to get quite a bit done again today I
think. We started out by removing a bit more of the center isle
and left side metal riser pieces. Only about 2 feet of the left
side riser material is remaining and the center isle platform is flush
with the sub floor, so we only have to remove the rubber mat to complete
the leveling in the back of the bus.
We also removed the right side luggage rack and air duct in preparation
for removing the raised flooring underneath. All of the
tools and supplies were shifted to the left side of the bus so that
tomorrow morning we can start on the floor right away. At the rate
that we're moving with the new tools and strategy, we should have most
of the leveling of the floor completed by tomorrow afternoon...
Hopefully we will not run into anything unexpected. |
