Last weekend went pretty well. Reviews from the guests were very good
and the actors seemed to have a good time too.
I did not get 2 of my pneumatic props done in time for the first weekend's
crowd and we needed a bit more sound in the haunt, so I went out there at 9:30
this morning to try to finish up the past few days work. I ended up at the
haunt until well after 10:00 this evening... There was a lot of clean up
and prep work for this evenings re-opening.
| The latest addition to the haunt is this darling little
furry creature... A monster cat from hell. It's hiding out
in the hallways of the haunt now waiting to take a bite out of
unsuspecting guests legs. I'll do a complete write up some time after
Halloween on the entire layout of this years haunt, but for now it must
remain somewhat of a secret... |

| I will be taking the weekdays "off" to do some chainsaw
carving (one of my chainsaw carved pumpkins is pictured to the right)
and building a few props that were special ordered and need to be
delivered before Halloween. |

Tomorrow I am headed out to the haunt around noon to get things ready for
the evening. I have one last pneumatic scare to install to prepare for
the big weekend next weekend.
The newspaper came out and did an interview with me. I have been
keeping my eyes out for the article. I'll try to post portions of it (or
at least link to it) here when it comes out.
